Sunday Services

The church meets every Sunday at 10:30am. Tea, and Coffee are available when you arrive.

We meet at:
Leigh Park Baptist Church
Stockheath Road
Havant
Hampshire
PO9 5NT

There is parking available on the site.

You can expect a warm welcome; 
engaging and varied worship (activity, silence, praying and singing, to be with each other, giving thanks, confessing our sin, learning more from God’s word.);
relevant preaching based in the Word of God
and a friendly group of people ready to learn more about what it means to  be a follower of Jesus.

We have a great programme lined up for kids of all ages:

• Funclub (0 months to 5 years). Children under 6 months are welcome but must be accompanied by their parent/carer at all times.
• SundayClub (6-10 years)
• Space (11-18 years)

Children stay with their parent or grown-up at the start of the service as we gather to worship (Sharing in praise, prayer and activities), together for the first part of the morning. At some point the service leader will announce that it’s time for the younger members to go to their various groups.


We often open our time together with this prayer 

We gather as God’s precious children – From all that has happened this week
all: However glad we are, however out of sorts we are.
We come together as a people whom Jesus calls into community –
all: this is a place where all are welcome.
We have gathered to worship- In activity, silence, Praying and singing, to be with each other. Giving thanks, confessing our sin, learning more from God’s word. 
all: O! God, gather us now to be with you as you are with us.
